I, a user of the Kompas service, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to individual entrepreneur Anton Nikolaevich Miroshnichenko (INN 673210148881, OGRNIP 324774600326584, mailing address: apt. 103, 3b Engelsa St., Voskresensk, Moscow Region, Russia, email ipmir84@yandex.ru; the "Operator") to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. Data: - email address, name, interface language; - Google account identifier (if the app offers Sign in with Google and I use it); - information about sessions and devices, the IP address when requesting a sign-in code, push notification token; - app crash information (error description, device model, system and app versions); - data I enter about my company and its work; - nickname, messages and actions in the community; - answers and contact details in a consultation request, including nationality and visa type; - information about my payments and invoice requests, including the payer and payer's tax code; - data in documents I upload to verify a company; - my questions to the AI assistant, the answers and my ratings of answers.
2. Purposes: - registration and sign-in to Kompas; - running the service's features; - accepting payments and sending payment documents; - notifications; - protecting the service and users from abuse; - answering my requests; - meeting the Operator's legal obligations.
3. Actions with the data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), including cross-border transfer, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is carried out with and without automation.
4. Transfer to third parties. I agree that my data may be shared with the recipients listed in the Personal Data Processing Policy, to the extent needed for the service's features, including in other countries: - USA — Google, Resend, Anthropic; - Japan — Resend; - Vietnam — VietQR / Casso; accountants, lawyers and firms invited by the company owner; - Microsoft's processing locations — if message translation is enabled.
5. Term. This consent is valid until my account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.
6. Withdrawal. I can withdraw this consent by writing to ipmir84@yandex.ru from my account email or by deleting my account in the app. The service cannot be used without processing the data its features need.
7. I have read the Kompas Personal Data Processing Policy, which describes my rights: to receive information and a copy of my data, to correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain about the Operator.
This consent is given by ticking the box in the app when signing in or when sending a consultation request without signing in.
