An accountant, lawyer or firm representative (the "Specialist") accepts these terms when accepting a company owner's invitation in the Kompas service. The service is provided by individual entrepreneur Anton Nikolaevich Miroshnichenko, INN 673210148881, OGRNIP 324774600326584 ("Kompas"). These terms supplement the Terms of Use and the Personal Data Processing Policy published at https://kompas.jollynomad.ru/legal.
1.1. The Specialist gets access only to the company sections that the owner has opened, and only for the period the owner has set. The owner may change the sections or close access at any time. The Specialist may leave the company at any time.
1.2. The Specialist's actions in the company are recorded in the access log. The owner can see the log of their company.
1.3. Kompas is not a party to the contract between the owner and the Specialist, does not provide legal or accounting services and is not responsible for the quality of the Specialist's services.
By accepting the invitation, the Specialist confirms and undertakes:
2.1. They are entitled to provide these services. If they work for a firm, the firm holds a valid registration certificate required for such services under the law of the country where it operates.
2.2. To process the company's data, including personal data of employees, customers and managers, only on the owner's instructions and for the owner's purposes. Not to disclose it to third parties without the owner's consent unless the law requires otherwise. To keep it confidential.
2.3. Not to export or copy more data than the work requires. After access is closed, to delete copies unless the law requires keeping them.
2.4. To inform the owner and Kompas (ipmir84@yandex.ru) without delay of any leak of or unlawful access to the company's data.
2.5. The firm details in the profile (name, address, registration number, contacts) are accurate. Kompas uses them to meet legal requirements on cross-border transfer of personal data, including Article 12 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
3.1. A firm may upload its registration certificate. If Kompas staff have reviewed it, the firm gets a "verified" mark with the date and the document number.
3.2. The mark only means that the document was reviewed on that date. It is not a recommendation by Kompas and does not guarantee the quality of services.
4.1. Kompas may change these terms. The new version is published at https://kompas.jollynomad.ru/legal. The Specialist accepts the current version when accepting the next invitation.
4.2. This document is written in Russian. The English and Vietnamese translations are provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.
